Alex & Olivia Consulting Co. is a boutique faith based coaching firm, founded on my passion for empowering women to transform their lives and live out their purpose. As an entrepreneur who has navigated the highs and lows of chasing external markers of success, I understand firsthand the importance of fulfilling work aligned with your values.

After surviving the rat race of corporate America, I knew there had to be more than chasing titles, money, and accolades. I yearned for work that lit me up from within, so I took control of my narrative and embarked on an entrepreneurial journey centered around purpose.

Now, through Alex & Olivia Consulting Co., I guide women through that same transformational process. My mission is to help you break free from beliefs, narratives, and expectations that bind you to a life not your own.

My Passion...
As black women, we carry unique burdens and experiences that can be challenging to convey to others. That's why it's crucial to find spaces where we don't have to justify or educate those who may not understand our lived experiences. We deserve a sanctuary where our stories are heard, our struggles are acknowledged, and our healing is prioritized.
Taking time for restful healing is not a selfish act; it is an act of self-preservation and empowerment. When we nurture ourselves, we have more to give to those around us. Our well-being ripples out and positively impacts our families, communities, and society as a whole.
